Need help getting your project started and out of the ground? We can help. Although we don’t prefer to deliver the finished / turn-key product, we can get you started. For the simple reason that we don’t have the time to marry ourselves to one project for an extended period of time; we prefer to keep our long term focus on who we are ... a Timber Frame company.
We have developed great relationships with various Sub-Contractors over the years, and have provided limited General Contracting services on various projects to schedule, co-ordinate and oversee the Excavation and Foundation Installation. From there, our crews can take over and provide a weather-tite shell, install all interior framing systems and have you ready for the Mechanical Contractors.
Also available to our clients is a referral list of sub-trades such as Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors with Timberframe / SIP experience that you can rely on to get things done right.
