This position is excellent for someone who can work well with our staff and lead a small crew. The ideal candidate would be a skilled, diversified carpenter with a few years of experience, be able to take and give detailed instructions, read blueprints, think on their feet and work efficiently as a team in our shop and in the field.
Our projects range from raising timber structures to installing structural wood decking and SIPs to basic carpentry, framing and trim work. this range of work means you'll need to be versatile and willing to adapt and work around the weather while encouraging and leading those on your team to work together in a positive way.
We strive for a positive working relationship with our team - so you've got to be able to work well with others.
Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, basic hand tools, a great work ethic, be a team player and be willing to undergo a back-ground check.
